Find what is holding your website back

I turn search, speed, accessibility and conversion evidence into one clear backlog, so you know what to fix now, what to test, and what can wait.

Technical SEO

Can the right pages be found?

I check which pages can be crawled, indexed, and reached through the site. Canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, rendering, duplicate URLs, internal links, and structured data are reviewed where they affect discovery or create a real maintenance problem.

The output is not a count of warnings. It explains which issue matters, the evidence behind it, who it affects, and the sensible next action. See my practical website audit example, plus SEO & CRO services and Webflow SEO.

Performance

Is the site slowing people down?

I combine lab tests with available real-user data to find the delays people actually feel. That can include server response, scripts, CSS, images, fonts, embedded tools, and work that blocks the main interaction on mobile.

A score is useful for diagnosis, but it is not the goal. I prioritise changes that make an important journey noticeably faster or remove friction for a meaningful group of visitors.

Accessibility

Can people actually use it?

Automated checks catch only part of the problem, so I also review key journeys with a keyboard and inspect focus states, contrast, forms, labels, alternative text, headings, and semantic structure. The audit concentrates on barriers a person is likely to meet, with WCAG as the reference point.

Content and conversion

Where does the customer journey break?

I compare what the page promises with what visitors can understand and do next. Analytics, funnels, recordings, clicks, form behaviour, sales context, and the page itself can reveal where the message or interaction stops working.

Each finding leads to a concrete change or a sensible test, such as clarifying the offer, moving an important action, simplifying a form, or fixing weak measurement. See conversion optimisation and SEO & CRO.

Evidence in, one ordered backlog out.

  • Understand the JourneyAgree the important audiences, pages, actions, and business outcomes before collecting evidence.
  • Diagnose the FrictionCombine crawl, performance, accessibility, content, and behaviour evidence to explain the real problems.
  • Order the WorkRank fixes and experiments by likely impact, confidence, effort, and dependency, then walk through the plan.
