Services

Automate the work that slows marketing down.

I build practical agents and workflows for research, publishing, website operations, reporting and lead handling, with human review built in.

Useful agents start with a clear job

The goal is to remove a specific bottleneck and make the result measurable.

Market & search signals

Monitor demand, competitors and content gaps, then turn the useful signals into an ordered research and publishing backlog.

Content operations

Move work from brief to research, draft, review and CMS without losing brand context or skipping human approval.

Website monitoring

Check important pages, forms, links, metadata and conversion paths, then surface problems with enough context to act.

Lead handling

Enrich, qualify and route enquiries using agreed rules while keeping the CRM clean and the commercial team informed.

Reporting & analysis

Combine website, search and campaign data into useful summaries, anomalies and recommended next actions.

Guardrails & review

Permissions, structured outputs, evaluation examples and escalation paths built into the workflow from the start.

Start with the bottleneck, not the model

  • 01Map the workDefine the trigger, inputs, decisions, tools, exceptions and the outcome the workflow must improve.
  • 02Build the workflowAutomate the dependable steps, add agentic judgement only where it helps and keep consequential actions reviewable.
  • 03Measure and improveTrack quality, time saved, failures and escalation rate, then refine or retire the workflow based on evidence.

Show me the work that is slowing the team down.

I will help you decide what should be automated, where an agent helps and where a person should stay in control.

AI and automation questions

Straight answers about where agents help and where they do not.

Good candidates have a clear input, repeatable decisions and an observable output: monitoring search demand, preparing research, enriching leads, checking pages, routing requests, producing reports or moving approved content through a publishing workflow.

Traditional automation follows fixed rules. An agent can interpret context and choose between permitted actions. I use the simplest reliable approach for each step. Many useful systems combine dependable automation with a small agentic layer rather than making everything autonomous.

Each workflow has boundaries, structured inputs, logged outputs and explicit human checkpoints for consequential actions. I test against representative examples and track failure cases instead of treating a successful demo as proof of production readiness.

Usually not. The most useful work connects the systems the team already uses. That can include a Webflow or Astro website, an Expo app, HubSpot, PostHog, ClickUp, Slack, Resend and internal data. APIs and MCP servers can connect the context and actions, while clear permissions keep consequential steps under human control.

I build websites and apps

I work across product marketing and engineering, turning ideas into useful digital products and improving how they perform after launch.
