Strategy
Why B2B websites are different; and why most agencies get them wrong
B2B buyers don't impulse-purchase. They research, compare, read case studies, and bring decisions to committee. Your website has to serve multiple stakeholders simultaneously: the technical evaluator reading your architecture page, the finance director scanning your pricing, the end user watching your product demo. Most agency websites are built for B2C psychology; emotional, visual, fast-decision. B2B needs depth: detailed service pages, case studies with real numbers, thought leadership that demonstrates industry knowledge, and clear paths to talk to a human.
For the platform that powers it all, see the Webflow developer overview.
Conversion
Lead generation that feeds your CRM, not just your inbox
A contact form is not a lead generation strategy. I build B2B sites with intent-based conversion paths: gated content for top-of-funnel (whitepapers, ROI calculators), consultation bookings for mid-funnel (Cal.com integration, automated qualification questions), and direct contact for bottom-of-funnel (phone, email, proposal request). Every conversion path feeds your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable) with the data your sales team needs: source, pages viewed, content downloaded, questions asked.
For the CRM integration layer, see Airtable + Webflow.
Content
Thought leadership that ranks and converts; the B2B content engine
In B2B, the blog is not a nice-to-have. It's the primary acquisition channel. Technical buyers search for solutions, not brands: "best ERP for manufacturing SMEs" not "SAP vs Oracle." I build content architectures that capture these long-tail searches with substantive, opinionated writing; not listicles. The CMS (Sanity, Webflow CMS) is structured so every article links to relevant service pages, case studies, and conversion points automatically. One well-researched article can generate qualified leads for years.
For scaling this approach, see programmatic Webflow.
Proof
B2B websites I've built: from startups to enterprise
Telecoms World: B2B conference platform processing £500K+ in delegate bookings annually. Mirador Local: Google Business Profile management platform serving multi-location enterprises. Eden Bloom: B2B floral supply platform connecting growers to retailers. Each project delivered measurable business results, not just visual design.
