Platform expertise

Help useful content show up in AI search

I improve the content, evidence, crawlability and measurement behind AI search visibility. No special schema tricks and no promise that a model will name you.

Plain English

AEO is still SEO

AEO is a useful name for work focused on AI-assisted search, but it is not a separate set of magic tactics. Google's own guidance says its generative search features use the same core ranking and quality systems as Search, with no special optimisation required.

That makes the job refreshingly practical. Create something useful, make it available to crawlers, connect it clearly to the rest of the site, and give the visitor a good experience. The answer surface is newer, but the website still has to deserve discovery.

You can read Google's guidance for generative AI search or see my Webflow SEO work for the platform-specific implementation.

Original value

Give answer systems something worth citing

The strongest source is usually the page that contributes something other pages cannot. That could be your own data, a working calculator, first-hand testing, screenshots from the real process, a clear opinion, or a comparison based on direct experience.

I use customer questions and search data to find the need, then work out what evidence the business can add. I do not split one idea into dozens of keyword variants, rewrite paragraphs into artificial chunks, or refresh a date without improving the substance.

The result should work as a page for a person even if no AI system ever cites it. That standard keeps the content useful across ordinary search, social sharing, sales conversations, and future discovery tools.

Technical access

Make the evidence easy to reach and understand

Important information needs to be present in accessible text, linked from relevant pages, available to the crawlers you want to support, and backed by a clear canonical URL. Images and video can strengthen the page when they show the work rather than decorate it.

I check crawl rules, rendering, internal links, page experience, duplicate content, and whether the visible content can be understood without an interaction hiding the main answer. Structured data is used when it matches the page and supports a real search feature, not because every page needs schema.

When a genuine content pattern can scale, the programmatic Webflow service turns it into a controlled publishing system without creating empty pages.

Measurement

Measure visibility, then follow it to revenue

Google's Generative AI performance report in Search Console shows impressions by page, country, date, and device for supported features. I connect that visibility to analytics, enquiries, booked calls, trials, or sales so the reporting does not stop at an impression count.

Other answer tools expose different levels of referral and citation data. I use the signals that are available, track a stable sample of commercially relevant questions, and treat third-party data as research rather than a hidden score. DataForSEO can help reveal query and results-page patterns, but it cannot tell us what an AI system will choose next.

The combined SEO and CRO service covers the full path from search demand to customer action.
